Pasta with Pesto, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, and Mozzarella

This is one of our favorite things to make. I made this 10/9/11. When you add the pasta to the cheese, tomatoes, and sauce right when it's really hot, it melts the cheese just a little bit, so you're still eating chunks of it, yum.

Fettucine with Mozzarella, Cherry Tomatoes, and Arugula

This was at Lisca on the Upper West Side, a regular favorite when we go to dinner with O's parents. Delicious and simple as always, but also beautiful. Fresh red and green against the color of the pasta. Good stuff.

Chicken Romano

This is Chicken Romano from Basilica in Hell's Kitchen, on 9th Avenue and 47th Street. It's my favorite dish there, and I get it almost every time I go there. Simple, delicious, and not too heavy.
