This is a recipe that I first saw on the Hungry Girl website. It is a muffin made with chocolate cake mix and a can of pure pumpkin, and that's it. Slightly better for you than when you make the muffins with oil. This particular muffin was made by our friend Florence, who we met at our friend Jean's lake cabin in Tiverton, Rhode Island. She made these for breakfast and was just tickled when I said, hey, are these those chocolate pumpkin muffins?
