Split Pea Soup with Croutons

Talk about your amazing comfort food. Diners just do that kind of thing right. This was at Westway Diner on 9/22/11. Those croutons were so buttery and crispy, and the soup was like velvet. That's good shit, man.

Hamburger at the Westway Diner

I loved this hamburger because it LOOKED like what you'd see advertised, or in a menu. It was tall and fresh and just looked great. Of course, the Westway diner always gives good burger, so it was a great lunch.

Vegetarian Chili Cheese Fries

Yum, Veggie Chili Cheese Fries from The Skylight Diner on 34th Street and 9th Avenue. This is a favorite of O and me. This chili is amazing, full of zucchini, eggplant, and carrots, in addition to black beans and tomatoes.
